Refund policy

This policy applies to all paid engagements and one-time purchases from Branding Pioneers — retainers, project fees, audits, dossier purchases, and tool subscriptions.

• First 30 days, monthly retainer: Pro-rated refund minus the value of work delivered. Calculated on hours logged at standard agency rates ($175/hr senior, $95/hr specialist).
• After 30 days: No retroactive refund of the current month. We honour standard 30-day termination notice — your final invoice is the month notice is served.
• Annual prepay engagements: Pro-rated refund of unused months on termination, less a 10% administrative reconciliation fee.

• Pre-kickoff: Full refund less $750 onboarding administrative fee.
• Post-kickoff, pre-build: 50% refund of milestone payments where work has not been delivered.
• Post-build, pre-launch: No refund. Work product is delivered as licensed under the SOW.
• Post-launch: No refund. Bug-fix and warranty period applies per SOW.

• Free audits: nothing to refund.
• Paid audit deliverables: refund within 7 days of receiving deliverable if you find a material factual error we cannot reasonably resolve.
• Dossier purchases (PDF): no refund — they're delivered immediately and not returnable.

Email accounts@brandingpioneers.com with:

• Your engagement / order number
• Reason for refund
• Date of original payment
• Bank/card details for the refund (we'll match the original payment method)

We acknowledge within one business day. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from approval. International refunds may take an additional 5–7 business days for bank settlement.

• We do not refund work that was delivered to scope and accepted in writing by the client.
• We do not refund based on business outcomes that were not contractually committed (e.g., "didn't see ROI" if no ROI guarantee was in the SOW).
• We do not refund third-party media spend (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) we passed through to platforms — that's between you and the platform.

If we cannot agree on a refund, we offer mediation through the Bombay Chamber of Commerce mediation service. Litigation is governed by the laws of India and venue of Gurugram, per our Terms of Service.

Some engagements carry an explicit ROI guarantee (see /roi-guarantee). Those terms supersede this policy where they conflict — the ROI Guarantee terms govern.
