Who We're Looking For

Non-Negotiable Requirements — Read Before Applying

Healthcare experience is non-negotiable — you must have worked with hospitals, clinics, doctors, or healthcare brands. We don't train from scratch on industry knowledge.

Freelancing background required — you must have freelanced in the past or be currently freelancing. We hire people who've built something on their own, managed clients independently, and understand what it means to deliver without a safety net.

AI-native workflow expected — you must be proficient with major AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Gemini, Perplexity, Cursor, v0, etc.). We don't use AI as a gimmick — it's built into every workflow. If you're not using AI daily, you're already behind.

Office collaboration sprints — this is a remote-first role, but you should be willing to travel to our Gurugram HQ for up to 1 week per quarter for team sprints, client workshops, and strategy sessions. We'll cover travel and accommodation.

Results over credentials — we don't care about your degree, your English accent, or which college you went to. We care about what you've shipped, what results you've driven, and whether you can do it again here.

Your Salary, Your Terms — But So Is Your Workload

Tell us what you want to earn. We'll build your role around that number — with proportional responsibility, targets, and accountability. Ask for more salary? Great — expect more ownership, harder targets, and bigger clients. Ask for a comfortable number? That's fine too — your scope matches your ask. No bait-and-switch. No underpaying and overworking. Just honest alignment between compensation and contribution.

We Prefer Hunger Over Pedigree

Our best performers didn't come from fancy cities or top colleges. They came from Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns — Indore, Jaipur, Lucknow, Bhopal, Coimbatore, Kochi — with raw talent, relentless work ethic, and zero entitlement.
