Campaigns are built around the treatments you want more of, with negatives for the searches that never book.

Process
Before we build anything, we interview your team. Understanding your patient acquisition goals, budget constraints, and growth targets is step zero. We audit your existing ad accounts (or set up new ones) and implement proper conversion tracking. For healthcare, this means phone call tracking, form submission tracking, and appointment booking integration. In 2026, we also configure AI Max campaigns and set up Enhanced Conversions using privacy-safe hashing that keeps PHI out of the ad platform.
We structure campaigns by patient intent stage: Awareness (informational queries), Consideration (comparison searches), and Decision (booking-ready searches). Each stage gets different keywords, ad copy, landing pages, and bid strategies. For competitor conquesting campaigns, we build AI Max campaigns alongside traditional search to maximize coverage while controlling costs.
We build conversion-optimized landing pages for every campaign theme — featuring click-to-call, WhatsApp integration, doctor credentials, accreditations, and other verifiable trust signals above the fold (patient testimonials only where the market permits them). Ad creative follows healthcare advertising guidelines with physician-reviewed claims. We create 3-5 variations per campaign for ongoing A/B testing.
Campaigns launch with close daily monitoring for the first 2 weeks. We adjust bids, pause underperformers, expand winners, and refine negative keywords in real time. Weekly optimization cycles focus on reducing cost per patient (not just cost per click) by analyzing which search queries, ad variations, and landing pages drive actual appointments.
Monthly performance reviews look at cost per acquired patient, return on ad spend, and patient lifetime value by campaign. We scale budget toward proven winners and sunset campaigns that don't meet ROI thresholds. You get transparent reporting with every dollar tracked from impression to patient booking.

Operating principles
“Marketing works best as a core function of the practice, not an afterthought you'll get to later. Competitor Conquesting Campaigns isn't a cost center — it's your patient acquisition system.”

Pricing
Starting fees from our price book. Your proposal confirms the exact scope before you commit.
Prices exclude GST. Advertising spend and third-party software are billed separately. Full pricing
We're transparent about pricing because we know vague "it depends" answers are frustrating. For competitor conquesting campaigns, our fees start from $1,500/month (₹50,000/month in India) on the Practice tier (3-month minimum) and from $5,000/month (₹1,50,000/month in India) on the Hospital tier (6-month minimum); Enterprise is scoped custom (12-month minimum). The right tier depends on your practice size, market competition, and goals, and engagements run month to month once the minimum term ends. During your strategy call, we'll give you a specific quote with ROI projections.
Honestly? It depends on the channel. If we're running Google Ads, you'll start getting calls within the first week or two. SEO is a longer play — expect initial movement in 3-4 months with serious traction by month 6-12. AI and automation changes (like chatbots and automated follow-ups) show impact almost immediately. During your strategy call, we'll map out a realistic timeline based on your specific situation and market.
We work with 113+ medical specialties — from general dentistry to cardiac surgery to IVF clinics. The approach changes significantly by specialty because patients search and decide differently. A cosmetic surgery patient's journey is completely different from an orthopedic patient's. We tailor everything to your specialty's specific patient behavior patterns.
For most healthcare practices, we recommend starting with 60-70% on Google Search (highest intent — patients actively looking for care), 20-30% on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for awareness and retargeting, and 10% for testing emerging channels. This split shifts based on your specialty: cosmetic and aesthetic practices often see stronger ROI from Instagram, while urgent care and primary care dominate on Google. We optimize allocation monthly based on actual cost-per-patient data.
Healthcare advertising can deliver a strong return when measured against patient lifetime value, not just cost per click. Expect break-even or modest returns in the first month or two while we optimize targeting and landing pages, with efficiency improving as the account matures. High-value specialties (cosmetic surgery, dental implants, fertility) tend to see the strongest returns because of higher procedure values. We project a realistic range for your specialty and market on the strategy call.
Google Search Ads work best for high-intent, immediate-need specialties (urgent care, dental emergencies, pain management). Meta Ads excel for elective and aesthetic procedures where visual content drives decisions. YouTube works well for procedure education and surgeon branding. TikTok is emerging for younger demographics seeking dermatology, mental health, and cosmetic services. We'll recommend the right mix based on your specialty, patient demographics, and goals.
