The searches worth paying for — and the ones that aren’t.

Process

5 phases. One outcome.

Account Audit & Conversion Setup

We start with data, not assumptions. Our AI tools analyze your market, competitors, and patient search behavior to find the gaps in your meta ads (facebook & instagram) strategy. We audit your existing ad accounts (or set up new ones) and implement proper conversion tracking. For healthcare, this means phone call tracking, form submission tracking, and appointment booking integration. In 2026, we also configure AI Max campaigns and set up Enhanced Conversions using privacy-safe hashing that keeps PHI out of the ad platform.

Intent-Based Campaign Architecture

We structure campaigns by patient intent stage: Awareness (informational queries), Consideration (comparison searches), and Decision (booking-ready searches). Each stage gets different keywords, ad copy, landing pages, and bid strategies. For meta ads (facebook & instagram), we build AI Max campaigns alongside traditional search to maximize coverage while controlling costs.

Landing Page & Ad Creative Development

We build conversion-optimized landing pages for every campaign theme — featuring click-to-call, WhatsApp integration, doctor credentials, accreditations, and other verifiable trust signals above the fold (patient testimonials only where the market permits them). Ad creative follows healthcare advertising guidelines with physician-reviewed claims. We create 3-5 variations per campaign for ongoing A/B testing.

Launch, Monitor & Optimize Weekly

Campaigns launch with close daily monitoring for the first 2 weeks. We adjust bids, pause underperformers, expand winners, and refine negative keywords in real time. Weekly optimization cycles focus on reducing cost per patient (not just cost per click) by analyzing which search queries, ad variations, and landing pages drive actual appointments.

Scale What Works, Kill What Doesn't

Monthly performance reviews look at cost per acquired patient, return on ad spend, and patient lifetime value by campaign. We scale budget toward proven winners and sunset campaigns that don't meet ROI thresholds. You get transparent reporting with every dollar tracked from impression to patient booking.

Compliance by market

What the rules allow where you practise.

Healthcare advertising law differs by country, so we run each market’s own playbook. In India, NMC’s 6 Oct 2026 guidelines apply. Read the NMC guide.

Operating principles

  • Digital patient acquisition is typically more cost-efficient than traditional advertising over time
  • Provider websites that quickly address a patient's specific condition hold attention better than generic homepages
  • A large and growing share of healthcare research happens on mobile devices
  • Healthcare digital marketing keeps growing as patients move research and booking online

“In healthcare marketing, trust isn't a nice-to-have — it's the whole conversion mechanism. Every piece of your Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) strategy should answer one question: why should a patient trust you with their health?”

How much does meta ads (facebook & instagram) typically cost?

We're transparent about pricing because we know vague "it depends" answers are frustrating. For meta ads (facebook & instagram), our fees start from $1,500/month (₹50,000/month in India) on the Practice tier (3-month minimum) and from $5,000/month (₹1,50,000/month in India) on the Hospital tier (6-month minimum); Enterprise is scoped custom (12-month minimum). The right tier depends on your practice size, market competition, and goals, and engagements run month to month once the minimum term ends. During your strategy call, we'll give you a specific quote with ROI projections.

How quickly will I see results from meta ads (facebook & instagram)?

Honestly? It depends on the channel. If we're running Google Ads, you'll start getting calls within the first week or two. SEO is a longer play — expect initial movement in 3-4 months with serious traction by month 6-12. AI and automation changes (like chatbots and automated follow-ups) show impact almost immediately. During your strategy call, we'll map out a realistic timeline based on your specific situation and market.

Will this work for my specific specialty?

We work with 113+ medical specialties — from general dentistry to cardiac surgery to IVF clinics. The approach changes significantly by specialty because patients search and decide differently. A cosmetic surgery patient's journey is completely different from an orthopedic patient's. We tailor everything to your specialty's specific patient behavior patterns.

How should I allocate my ad budget across Google, Meta, and other platforms?

For most healthcare practices, we recommend starting with 60-70% on Google Search (highest intent — patients actively looking for care), 20-30% on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for awareness and retargeting, and 10% for testing emerging channels. This split shifts based on your specialty: cosmetic and aesthetic practices often see stronger ROI from Instagram, while urgent care and primary care dominate on Google. We optimize allocation monthly based on actual cost-per-patient data.

What ROAS (return on ad spend) should I expect from healthcare advertising?

Healthcare advertising can deliver a strong return when measured against patient lifetime value, not just cost per click. Expect break-even or modest returns in the first month or two while we optimize targeting and landing pages, with efficiency improving as the account matures. High-value specialties (cosmetic surgery, dental implants, fertility) tend to see the strongest returns because of higher procedure values. We project a realistic range for your specialty and market on the strategy call.

Which ad platform works best for my type of practice?

Google Search Ads work best for high-intent, immediate-need specialties (urgent care, dental emergencies, pain management). Meta Ads excel for elective and aesthetic procedures where visual content drives decisions. YouTube works well for procedure education and surgeon branding. TikTok is emerging for younger demographics seeking dermatology, mental health, and cosmetic services. We'll recommend the right mix based on your specialty, patient demographics, and goals.
