You will be the primary point of contact for 15-20 healthcare clients — hospitals, clinics, and medical groups who invest $3K-$30K/month with us. Your job is to ensure they see results, understand their reports, and never feel like 'just another account.' You've managed healthcare client relationships before, you've freelanced, and you know how to talk to a hospital CMO, not just a marketing coordinator.
Healthcare clients are not like SaaS or e-commerce clients. Hospital CMOs care about bed occupancy, not impressions. Doctors care about patient volume in their specific specialty. Medical tourism companies care about international patient leads from specific countries. You need to translate marketing metrics into healthcare business outcomes — every single conversation.

You're the bridge between our team's work and the hospital's growth. When you keep a client relationship strong, they keep investing in marketing — which means more patients find them. Every retained client is hundreds of patients who continue to discover quality healthcare.
Scenario 1A hospital CEO is unhappy because organic traffic grew 180% but he hasn't 'felt' the impact. You'll dig into the data, show him that 340 patients came from organic search last month, 87 of them booked surgeries, and the attributed revenue was $430K. Then you'll propose adding Google Ads to capture the high-intent keywords where they're not yet ranking.
Scenario 2A dental chain client's marketing coordinator leaves. The new person doesn't understand the reports. You'll schedule an onboarding call, walk them through every dashboard, simplify the report format, and ensure zero disruption to the relationship.
Healthcare experience is non-negotiable — you must have worked with hospitals, clinics, doctors, or healthcare brands. We don't train from scratch on industry knowledge.
Freelancing background required — you must have freelanced in the past or be currently freelancing. We hire people who've built something on their own, managed clients independently, and understand what it means to deliver without a safety net.
AI-native workflow expected — you must be proficient with major AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Gemini, Perplexity, Cursor, v0, etc.). We don't use AI as a gimmick — it's built into every workflow. If you're not using AI daily, you're already behind.
Office collaboration sprints — this is a remote-first role, but you should be willing to travel to our Gurugram HQ for up to 1 week per quarter for team sprints, client workshops, and strategy sessions. We'll cover travel and accommodation.
Results over credentials — we don't care about your degree, your English accent, or which college you went to. We care about what you've shipped, what results you've driven, and whether you can do it again here.
No politics, no hidden agendas. We share numbers openly — client results, team performance, company revenue. If something isn't working, we say it. You'll never have to guess where you stand.
We tell clients the truth even when it costs us the deal. We tell teammates the truth even when it's uncomfortable. Honest feedback is how we get better — fast.
Do what you said you'd do. Deliver what you promised. If you can't, say so before the deadline — not after. Your word is your reputation here.
Challenge bad ideas — even if they come from the founder. Push back on clients when their strategy is wrong. Take ownership of mistakes instead of hiding them. We reward courage, not compliance.
