You will build the analytics infrastructure that proves our marketing works. Dashboards, attribution models, call tracking setups, and ROI reports for hospital CMOs who want to see exactly how many patients came from which campaign. You've done this for healthcare clients before, and you know the difference between vanity metrics and patient attribution.
Healthcare analytics is messy because the patient journey is long and multi-touch. A patient might see a Google Ad, read 3 blog posts, check Google reviews, visit the website twice, call the hospital, and book an appointment — all over 3 weeks. Your job is to stitch this journey together so we can tell a hospital CMO: 'This campaign generated 47 surgeries worth $2.3M in revenue.' That's not easy. That's why we need you.

Your attribution models determine which campaigns get funded — and therefore which patients get reached. Accurate analytics means more budget for campaigns that actually help patients find care.
Scenario 1A hospital group with 5 locations and $50K/month in ad spend has no idea which campaigns drive actual patients. You'll audit their GA4, set up cross-domain tracking, implement phone call tracking, build CRM-connected dashboards, and deliver their first-ever patient attribution report.
Scenario 2A clinic's Google Ads shows 200 conversions/month but the front desk says they only got 30 calls. You'll investigate the tracking setup, find phantom conversions from misconfigured GTM tags, fix the tracking, and rebuild the dashboard to show real patient leads.
Healthcare experience is non-negotiable — you must have worked with hospitals, clinics, doctors, or healthcare brands. We don't train from scratch on industry knowledge.
Freelancing background required — you must have freelanced in the past or be currently freelancing. We hire people who've built something on their own, managed clients independently, and understand what it means to deliver without a safety net.
AI-native workflow expected — you must be proficient with major AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Gemini, Perplexity, Cursor, v0, etc.). We don't use AI as a gimmick — it's built into every workflow. If you're not using AI daily, you're already behind.
Office collaboration sprints — this is a remote-first role, but you should be willing to travel to our Gurugram HQ for up to 1 week per quarter for team sprints, client workshops, and strategy sessions. We'll cover travel and accommodation.
Results over credentials — we don't care about your degree, your English accent, or which college you went to. We care about what you've shipped, what results you've driven, and whether you can do it again here.
No politics, no hidden agendas. We share numbers openly — client results, team performance, company revenue. If something isn't working, we say it. You'll never have to guess where you stand.
We tell clients the truth even when it costs us the deal. We tell teammates the truth even when it's uncomfortable. Honest feedback is how we get better — fast.

Challenge bad ideas — even if they come from the founder. Push back on clients when their strategy is wrong. Take ownership of mistakes instead of hiding them. We reward courage, not compliance.
