Healthcare Analytics & Reporting Specialist

Remote (India) — Quarterly office sprints in Gurugram 2-5 years Full-time

You will build the analytics infrastructure that proves our marketing works. Dashboards, attribution models, call tracking setups, and ROI reports for hospital CMOs who want to see exactly how many patients came from which campaign. You've done this for healthcare clients before, and you know the difference between vanity metrics and patient attribution.

Why Healthcare Marketing is Different

Healthcare analytics is messy because the patient journey is long and multi-touch. A patient might see a Google Ad, read 3 blog posts, check Google reviews, visit the website twice, call the hospital, and book an appointment — all over 3 weeks. Your job is to stitch this journey together so we can tell a hospital CMO: 'This campaign generated 47 surgeries worth $2.3M in revenue.' That's not easy. That's why we need you.

Your Patient Impact

Your attribution models determine which campaigns get funded — and therefore which patients get reached. Accurate analytics means more budget for campaigns that actually help patients find care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards in Looker Studio for 30+ healthcare clients
  • Set up GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking for healthcare websites — calls, forms, WhatsApp, appointments
  • Design attribution models that connect ad spend to patient appointments and procedures
  • Integrate call tracking (CallRail, CallTrackingMetrics) with CRM and ad platforms
  • Create monthly and quarterly ROI reports for hospital leadership — revenue attributed, not just leads
  • Build automated reporting pipelines using Supermetrics, BigQuery, or Sheets-based ETL
  • Audit existing analytics setups for new clients — identify data gaps, fix tracking issues
  • Train client teams and internal teams on reading dashboards and interpreting healthcare marketing data

Real Work Scenarios

Scenario 1A hospital group with 5 locations and $50K/month in ad spend has no idea which campaigns drive actual patients. You'll audit their GA4, set up cross-domain tracking, implement phone call tracking, build CRM-connected dashboards, and deliver their first-ever patient attribution report.

Scenario 2A clinic's Google Ads shows 200 conversions/month but the front desk says they only got 30 calls. You'll investigate the tracking setup, find phantom conversions from misconfigured GTM tags, fix the tracking, and rebuild the dashboard to show real patient leads.

Core Attributes

  • 2+ years in digital marketing analytics with hands-on GA4 and GTM experience
  • Freelancing experience preferred — you've set up analytics independently for clients
  • AI-powered analysis — you use ChatGPT/Claude to analyze data, write queries, and automate reports
  • SQL or BigQuery familiarity for pulling and transforming marketing data
  • Storytelling with data — you can turn a spreadsheet into a narrative that a hospital CEO understands

Universal Requirements (All Roles)

Healthcare experience is non-negotiable — you must have worked with hospitals, clinics, doctors, or healthcare brands. We don't train from scratch on industry knowledge.

Freelancing background required — you must have freelanced in the past or be currently freelancing. We hire people who've built something on their own, managed clients independently, and understand what it means to deliver without a safety net.

AI-native workflow expected — you must be proficient with major AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Gemini, Perplexity, Cursor, v0, etc.). We don't use AI as a gimmick — it's built into every workflow. If you're not using AI daily, you're already behind.

Office collaboration sprints — this is a remote-first role, but you should be willing to travel to our Gurugram HQ for up to 1 week per quarter for team sprints, client workshops, and strategy sessions. We'll cover travel and accommodation.

Results over credentials — we don't care about your degree, your English accent, or which college you went to. We care about what you've shipped, what results you've driven, and whether you can do it again here.
