  • Create WhatsApp automation workflows — appointment reminders, follow-ups, patient communication
  • Implement lead scoring systems — qualify and route leads based on behavior and demographics
  • Build patient journey maps and automate touchpoints across the entire lifecycle
  • Set up tracking and attribution — connecting marketing campaigns to patient conversions
  • Create automated reporting dashboards for client teams
  • Integrate CRM with Google Ads, Meta Ads, website forms, and phone tracking systems

Scenario 1A hospital chain with 8 branches needs a unified CRM. You'll set up GoHighLevel with location-specific pipelines, automated lead routing, appointment reminders, and post-visit review requests — all reporting to a central dashboard.

Scenario 2A fertility clinic has a 40% no-show rate. You'll build a multi-channel reminder system: email 48 hours before, WhatsApp 24 hours before, SMS 2 hours before — reducing no-shows to under 15%.

Universal Requirements (All Roles)

Healthcare experience is non-negotiable — you must have worked with hospitals, clinics, doctors, or healthcare brands. We don't train from scratch on industry knowledge.

Freelancing background required — you must have freelanced in the past or be currently freelancing. We hire people who've built something on their own, managed clients independently, and understand what it means to deliver without a safety net.

AI-native workflow expected — you must be proficient with major AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Gemini, Perplexity, Cursor, v0, etc.). We don't use AI as a gimmick — it's built into every workflow. If you're not using AI daily, you're already behind.

Office collaboration sprints — this is a remote-first role, but you should be willing to travel to our Gurugram HQ for up to 1 week per quarter for team sprints, client workshops, and strategy sessions. We'll cover travel and accommodation.

Results over credentials — we don't care about your degree, your English accent, or which college you went to. We care about what you've shipped, what results you've driven, and whether you can do it again here.
