You've designed for healthcare clients before, you've freelanced, and you understand that in healthcare, design isn't decoration — it's trust.
Healthcare design carries weight that consumer brands don't. A logo for a cardiac hospital needs to convey both medical expertise and human warmth. Social creatives for a fertility clinic must be sensitive and hopeful, never clinical or cold. Ad banners must comply with medical advertising guidelines while still driving clicks. You're designing for an industry where trust is the product.

The brand identity you create is how patients perceive a hospital before they ever walk in. A trustworthy, professional design increases appointment bookings. A generic or sloppy one drives patients to competitors.
Scenario 1A new IVF clinic in Abu Dhabi needs a complete brand identity — logo, colors, typography, stationery, social media templates, and website mockups. They want it to feel premium, hopeful, and culturally appropriate for a Gulf audience. You'll deliver the full brand kit in 2 weeks.
Scenario 2A dental chain with 12 locations needs consistent Instagram content across all branches. You'll design a template system with location-specific customization, produce 30 creatives for the first month, and hand off the template library to junior designers.
Healthcare experience is non-negotiable — you must have worked with hospitals, clinics, doctors, or healthcare brands. We don't train from scratch on industry knowledge.
Freelancing background required — you must have freelanced in the past or be currently freelancing. We hire people who've built something on their own, managed clients independently, and understand what it means to deliver without a safety net.
AI-native workflow expected — you must be proficient with major AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Gemini, Perplexity, Cursor, v0, etc.). We don't use AI as a gimmick — it's built into every workflow. If you're not using AI daily, you're already behind.
Office collaboration sprints — this is a remote-first role, but you should be willing to travel to our Gurugram HQ for up to 1 week per quarter for team sprints, client workshops, and strategy sessions. We'll cover travel and accommodation.
Results over credentials — we don't care about your degree, your English accent, or which college you went to. We care about what you've shipped, what results you've driven, and whether you can do it again here.
No politics, no hidden agendas. We share numbers openly — client results, team performance, company revenue. If something isn't working, we say it. You'll never have to guess where you stand.
We tell clients the truth even when it costs us the deal. We tell teammates the truth even when it's uncomfortable. Honest feedback is how we get better — fast.
Do what you said you'd do. Deliver what you promised. If you can't, say so before the deadline — not after. Your word is your reputation here.
Challenge bad ideas — even if they come from the founder. Push back on clients when their strategy is wrong. Take ownership of mistakes instead of hiding them. We reward courage, not compliance.
