Your Patient Impact

The brand identity you create is how patients perceive a hospital before they ever walk in. A trustworthy, professional design increases appointment bookings. A generic or sloppy one drives patients to competitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design complete brand identities for healthcare organizations — logos, color systems, typography, brand guidelines
  • Create 20-30 social media creatives per week across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook for healthcare clients
  • Design ad creatives for Google Display, Meta, and YouTube campaigns — A/B test variations
  • Build presentation decks, proposals, and pitch materials for client-facing teams
  • Design healthcare marketing collateral — brochures, patient guides, infographics, email templates
  • Create UI mockups for healthcare website redesigns in collaboration with the web team
  • Maintain brand consistency across 30+ healthcare client accounts simultaneously
  • Use AI tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly) to accelerate ideation and production

Real Work Scenarios

Scenario 1A new IVF clinic in Abu Dhabi needs a complete brand identity — logo, colors, typography, stationery, social media templates, and website mockups. They want it to feel premium, hopeful, and culturally appropriate for a Gulf audience. You'll deliver the full brand kit in 2 weeks.

Scenario 2A dental chain with 12 locations needs consistent Instagram content across all branches. You'll design a template system with location-specific customization, produce 30 creatives for the first month, and hand off the template library to junior designers.

Healthcare Expertise

Portfolio includes healthcare design work — hospital logos, clinic branding, medical social creativesUnderstanding of healthcare visual language — trust signals, medical iconography, patient-safe imagerySensitivity to cultural and religious context in healthcare design across Middle East, South Asia, and Western marketsKnowledge of medical advertising design guidelines — what imagery is compliant across platforms

Core Attributes

  • 2+ years of professional graphic design with a strong published portfolio
  • Freelancing experience required — you've managed design projects independently for paying clients
  • AI-augmented design workflow — you use Midjourney, Firefly, or Canva AI to ideate 5x faster
  • Speed and volume — 20-30 creatives per week is normal here. If you spend 2 hours on one Instagram post, this isn't for you.
  • Brand systems thinking — you don't just make pretty graphics, you build cohesive visual systems

Universal Requirements (All Roles)

Healthcare experience is non-negotiable — you must have worked with hospitals, clinics, doctors, or healthcare brands. We don't train from scratch on industry knowledge.

Freelancing background required — you must have freelanced in the past or be currently freelancing. We hire people who've built something on their own, managed clients independently, and understand what it means to deliver without a safety net.

AI-native workflow expected — you must be proficient with major AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Gemini, Perplexity, Cursor, v0, etc.). We don't use AI as a gimmick — it's built into every workflow. If you're not using AI daily, you're already behind.

Office collaboration sprints — this is a remote-first role, but you should be willing to travel to our Gurugram HQ for up to 1 week per quarter for team sprints, client workshops, and strategy sessions. We'll cover travel and accommodation.

Results over credentials — we don't care about your degree, your English accent, or which college you went to. We care about what you've shipped, what results you've driven, and whether you can do it again here.
