You will be the first point of contact for healthcare organizations seeking digital growth. You'll consult with hospital administrators, clinic owners, and doctor entrepreneurs — diagnosing their growth challenges, designing solutions, and closing high-ticket engagements that transform their patient acquisition systems.
Selling to healthcare is consultative, not transactional. Hospital administrators need ROI projections, not feature lists. Doctors need proof from peers, not sales pitches. Your sales process must demonstrate deep healthcare understanding — speaking their language, understanding their P&L, and showing results from comparable organizations. Trust is earned through expertise, not pressure.

Healthcare experience is non-negotiable — you must have worked with hospitals, clinics, doctors, or healthcare brands. We don't train from scratch on industry knowledge.

Office collaboration sprints — this is a remote-first role, but you should be willing to travel to our Gurugram HQ for up to 1 week per quarter for team sprints, client workshops, and strategy sessions. We'll cover travel and accommodation.
Results over credentials — we don't care about your degree, your English accent, or which college you went to. We care about what you've shipped, what results you've driven, and whether you can do it again here.
