  • Design custom proposals with strategy recommendations, ROI projections, and pricing options
  • Present growth strategies to hospital C-suite (CEO, CMO, Medical Directors, Marketing Heads)
  • Negotiate and close engagements ranging from $2,000 to $50,000+/month
  • Manage client onboarding — ensure smooth handoff to execution teams
  • Build relationships with healthcare industry associations, conferences, and networks
  • Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling

Scenario 1A 300-bed hospital in Jaipur reaches out after using the ROI Calculator tool. You'll run a discovery call, audit their digital presence, build a custom proposal covering SEO for 8 departments + Google Ads + AI chatbot, present to the CMO and Marketing Head, and close a $8,000/month engagement.

Scenario 2A network of IVF clinics across 5 cities is evaluating 3 agencies. You'll differentiate Branding Pioneers by showcasing our IVF case study, demonstrating healthcare-specific expertise, and proposing a phased growth plan that wins the competitive pitch.

Universal Requirements (All Roles)

Healthcare experience is non-negotiable — you must have worked with hospitals, clinics, doctors, or healthcare brands. We don't train from scratch on industry knowledge.

Freelancing background required — you must have freelanced in the past or be currently freelancing. We hire people who've built something on their own, managed clients independently, and understand what it means to deliver without a safety net.

AI-native workflow expected — you must be proficient with major AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Gemini, Perplexity, Cursor, v0, etc.). We don't use AI as a gimmick — it's built into every workflow. If you're not using AI daily, you're already behind.

Office collaboration sprints — this is a remote-first role, but you should be willing to travel to our Gurugram HQ for up to 1 week per quarter for team sprints, client workshops, and strategy sessions. We'll cover travel and accommodation.

Results over credentials — we don't care about your degree, your English accent, or which college you went to. We care about what you've shipped, what results you've driven, and whether you can do it again here.
