You will build the off-page authority that makes healthcare websites rank. Guest posts on medical publications, digital PR campaigns that earn hospital mentions, doctor profile placements on high-DA health sites, and link strategies that pass Google's E-E-A-T scrutiny. You've built links for healthcare clients before — not with spam, but with real relationships and real content.
Healthcare link building operates under the highest scrutiny. Google treats medical content as YMYL (Your Money or Your Life), so low-quality or spammy links actively hurt rankings. You need links from medical journals, health publications, hospital directories, and industry associations — not from PBNs or comment spam. Building authority in healthcare requires genuine relationships with medical editors, health journalists, and healthcare associations.
"Working at Branding Pioneers means my digital campaigns don't just generate leads—they actually help patients find life-changing treatments. That shared purpose drives everything we do in the SEO & Content team."
Every authoritative link you build helps a hospital rank higher for the procedures that save lives. When a cancer hospital ranks #1 for 'best oncologist in Mumbai,' patients find life-saving care. Your link building makes that ranking possible.
Scenario 1An IVF clinic in Hyderabad has a DA of 12 and ranks on page 5 for all target keywords. You'll build a 6-month link strategy: 15 guest posts on fertility/health blogs, 5 medical directory placements, 3 digital PR campaigns around IVF success rate data, and doctor profile placements — targeting DA 30+ within 12 months.
Scenario 2A medical tourism hospital needs international authority. You'll secure placements in international health travel publications, build links from destination health portals in GCC markets, and create a linkable study on medical tourism cost comparisons.
Healthcare experience is non-negotiable — you must have worked with hospitals, clinics, doctors, or healthcare brands. We don't train from scratch on industry knowledge.
Freelancing background required — you must have freelanced in the past or be currently freelancing. We hire people who've built something on their own, managed clients independently, and understand what it means to deliver without a safety net.
AI-native workflow expected — you must be proficient with major AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Gemini, Perplexity, Cursor, v0, etc.). We don't use AI as a gimmick — it's built into every workflow. If you're not using AI daily, you're already behind.
Office collaboration sprints — this is a remote-first role, but you should be willing to travel to our Gurugram HQ for up to 1 week per quarter for team sprints, client workshops, and strategy sessions. We'll cover travel and accommodation.
Results over credentials — we don't care about your degree, your English accent, or which college you went to. We care about what you've shipped, what results you've driven, and whether you can do it again here.
No politics, no hidden agendas. We share numbers openly — client results, team performance, company revenue. If something isn't working, we say it. You'll never have to guess where you stand.
We tell clients the truth even when it costs us the deal. We tell teammates the truth even when it's uncomfortable. Honest feedback is how we get better — fast.
Do what you said you'd do. Deliver what you promised. If you can't, say so before the deadline — not after. Your word is your reputation here.
Challenge bad ideas — even if they come from the founder. Push back on clients when their strategy is wrong. Take ownership of mistakes instead of hiding them. We reward courage, not compliance.
