You will manage the execution of healthcare marketing campaigns across SEO, ads, content, web, and automation teams — ensuring every deliverable ships on time, on budget, and on spec. You've managed healthcare projects before, you've freelanced (so you understand what it means to be accountable with zero safety net), and you don't need to be told what to do next.
Healthcare marketing projects have unique complexities: hospital stakeholders change priorities based on bed occupancy. Doctor branding shoots get delayed because surgeons are in emergency procedures. Medical content needs clinical review before publishing. Website launches depend on hospital IT teams who move slowly. You need to manage all this chaos and still deliver on time.

Scenario 1A hospital group signs a $20K/month engagement covering SEO for 8 departments, Google Ads for 3 specialties, a website redesign, and WhatsApp automation. You'll build the project plan, assign team resources, set up 12-week milestones, and manage delivery across 4 service teams — while keeping the hospital CMO updated weekly.
Scenario 2A website launch is delayed because the hospital hasn't provided doctor bios. Instead of waiting, you'll proactively draft placeholders, schedule a content collection call with the Medical Director's assistant, create a Google Form for bio submissions, and keep the launch on track.
Healthcare experience is non-negotiable — you must have worked with hospitals, clinics, doctors, or healthcare brands. We don't train from scratch on industry knowledge.
Freelancing background required — you must have freelanced in the past or be currently freelancing. We hire people who've built something on their own, managed clients independently, and understand what it means to deliver without a safety net.
AI-native workflow expected — you must be proficient with major AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Gemini, Perplexity, Cursor, v0, etc.). We don't use AI as a gimmick — it's built into every workflow. If you're not using AI daily, you're already behind.
Office collaboration sprints — this is a remote-first role, but you should be willing to travel to our Gurugram HQ for up to 1 week per quarter for team sprints, client workshops, and strategy sessions. We'll cover travel and accommodation.
Results over credentials — we don't care about your degree, your English accent, or which college you went to. We care about what you've shipped, what results you've driven, and whether you can do it again here.
