But medical advertising regulations, patient privacy, and ethical considerations make healthcare social uniquely challenging.

Your Patient Impact

Your content builds the trust bridge between patients and providers. A well-crafted doctor profile video or a patient success story (with consent) can give someone the confidence to seek treatment they've been avoiding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies for 20+ healthcare clients across platforms
  • Build doctor personal brand content — LinkedIn thought leadership, Instagram Reels, YouTube shorts
  • Create hospital brand content — facility showcases, department highlights, patient stories
  • Manage content calendars with 3-5 posts per week per client across multiple platforms
  • Shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok)
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and manage online reputation
  • Run social media ad campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) for patient acquisition
  • Report monthly analytics — follower growth, engagement rates, leads from social

Real Work Scenarios

Scenario 1A cosmetic surgeon in Dubai wants to build an Instagram presence from scratch. You'll create a content strategy featuring before/after results, procedure explainers, and patient journey Reels — targeting 10K followers in 6 months.

Scenario 2A multi-specialty hospital needs to establish its 12 department heads as thought leaders on LinkedIn. You'll create a content framework, ghostwrite posts, and build engagement strategies for each doctor.

Healthcare Expertise

Universal Requirements (All Roles)

Healthcare experience is non-negotiable — you must have worked with hospitals, clinics, doctors, or healthcare brands. We don't train from scratch on industry knowledge.

Freelancing background required — you must have freelanced in the past or be currently freelancing. We hire people who've built something on their own, managed clients independently, and understand what it means to deliver without a safety net.

AI-native workflow expected — you must be proficient with major AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Gemini, Perplexity, Cursor, v0, etc.). We don't use AI as a gimmick — it's built into every workflow. If you're not using AI daily, you're already behind.

Office collaboration sprints — this is a remote-first role, but you should be willing to travel to our Gurugram HQ for up to 1 week per quarter for team sprints, client workshops, and strategy sessions. We'll cover travel and accommodation.

Results over credentials — we don't care about your degree, your English accent, or which college you went to. We care about what you've shipped, what results you've driven, and whether you can do it again here.
