You will own social media strategy for healthcare organizations — building doctor personal brands, hospital authority, and patient trust across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook. Your content directly shapes how patients perceive and choose healthcare providers.

Scenario 1A cosmetic surgeon in Dubai wants to build an Instagram presence from scratch. You'll create a content strategy featuring before/after results, procedure explainers, and patient journey Reels — targeting 10K followers in 6 months.
Scenario 2A multi-specialty hospital needs to establish its 12 department heads as thought leaders on LinkedIn. You'll create a content framework, ghostwrite posts, and build engagement strategies for each doctor.
Healthcare experience is non-negotiable — you must have worked with hospitals, clinics, doctors, or healthcare brands. We don't train from scratch on industry knowledge.
Freelancing background required — you must have freelanced in the past or be currently freelancing. We hire people who've built something on their own, managed clients independently, and understand what it means to deliver without a safety net.
