Key Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end patient communication workflows using WhatsApp Business API and GoHighLevel
- Design AI chatbot flows for patient inquiry handling — symptom-based routing, department selection, appointment booking
- Set up automated appointment reminders, follow-ups, and no-show recovery sequences
- Build review request automation — post-appointment WhatsApp messages that drive Google reviews
- Create lead scoring and qualification workflows that prioritize high-intent patient inquiries
- Integrate WhatsApp and CRM systems with hospital management software (HIS/EHR where possible)
- Monitor automation performance — delivery rates, response rates, conversion rates — and optimize continuously
- Train hospital front-desk teams on using the automated systems you build

Freelancing background required — you must have freelanced in the past or be currently freelancing. We hire people who've built something on their own, managed clients independently, and understand what it means to deliver without a safety net.

AI-native workflow expected — you must be proficient with major AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Gemini, Perplexity, Cursor, v0, etc.). We don't use AI as a gimmick — it's built into every workflow. If you're not using AI daily, you're already behind.

Office collaboration sprints — this is a remote-first role, but you should be willing to travel to our Gurugram HQ for up to 1 week per quarter for team sprints, client workshops, and strategy sessions. We'll cover travel and accommodation.
