Medical copywriting is high-responsibility writing. Patients make life-affecting decisions based on what they read. Your content must be clinically accurate (reviewed by medical advisors), emotionally empathetic, SEO-optimized, and compliant with medical advertising regulations — all while being clear enough for a patient with no medical background to understand.

Your words directly reduce patient anxiety. A well-written treatment guide helps someone understand what to expect. A compassionate landing page gives a worried parent the confidence to book their child's appointment. Your copy is the first step in a patient's healthcare journey.
Scenario 1An IVF clinic needs 15 blog posts covering fertility treatments, success rates, and emotional support. You'll research each topic, write patient-friendly articles, optimize for SEO, and coordinate medical review with the clinic's fertility specialist.
Scenario 2A cardiology practice needs landing pages for 5 procedures (angioplasty, bypass, pacemaker, etc.). You'll write conversion-focused pages that explain the procedure, address patient fears, showcase the doctor's credentials, and drive appointment bookings.
Healthcare experience is non-negotiable — you must have worked with hospitals, clinics, doctors, or healthcare brands. We don't train from scratch on industry knowledge.
Freelancing background required — you must have freelanced in the past or be currently freelancing. We hire people who've built something on their own, managed clients independently, and understand what it means to deliver without a safety net.
AI-native workflow expected — you must be proficient with major AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Gemini, Perplexity, Cursor, v0, etc.). We don't use AI as a gimmick — it's built into every workflow. If you're not using AI daily, you're already behind.
Office collaboration sprints — this is a remote-first role, but you should be willing to travel to our Gurugram HQ for up to 1 week per quarter for team sprints, client workshops, and strategy sessions. We'll cover travel and accommodation.
