The AIIMSONIANS alumni network needed a centralized digital platform to connect graduates scattered across the world, manage events, and maintain the legacy of India's premier medical institution.

We designed the platform around three core user journeys: reconnecting with batchmates (directory), attending events (event portal), and staying updated (newsletter). The admin dashboard was built for non-technical committee members to manage all functions independently.

Discovery & Architecture

Mapped all alumni network functions and designed the platform architecture.
