An Atlanta mental health practice offering therapy, psychological evaluations, TMS, and telehealth needed a digital presence that authentically communicated their commitment to inclusive, culturally-sensitive care — especially for the LGBTQI+ community.
GlobeCore offered a rare combination: comprehensive mental health services (therapy, evaluations, TMS, telehealth) with genuine cultural sensitivity and LGBTQI+ inclusivity. But their digital presence didn't communicate this differentiation. In Atlanta's large and diverse mental health market, patients seeking inclusive providers couldn't find GlobeCore.
We built a digital presence that authentically centred GlobeCore's cultural sensitivity and LGBTQI+ inclusivity — not as a checkbox, but as a core part of the brand. Each service (therapy, evaluations, TMS, telehealth) had its own digital pathway, and inclusive messaging was woven throughout.
We ensured every aspect of the digital presence — design, photography, language, content — reflected genuine inclusivity. This wasn't adding a rainbow flag to the homepage. It was building a digital experience where LGBTQI+ patients and other underserved communities felt truly seen and welcomed. Service-specific pages made the broad offering navigable.

“Branding Pioneers didn't just add inclusive language to our website — they built a digital presence where our community feels genuinely welcomed. LGBTQI+ patients tell us they chose us because they could tell from our website that we truly understand their experiences. That authentic representation is exactly what we needed.”
Adding a rainbow flag or 'all are welcome' isn't enough. Genuine representation in design, language, imagery, and content is what LGBTQI+ patients look for — and they can tell the difference.
'LGBTQI+ therapist near me' is a real, growing search query. Practices that genuinely serve these communities can capture significant demand that mainstream practices ignore.
Many patients in smaller towns lack access to culturally-sensitive providers. Telehealth lets a practice like GlobeCore serve the entire state — not just Atlanta.
