We created a doctor-led social media system — personalised Reels, Q&A videos, myth-busting content, and patient education — for each Nova IVF fertility specialist across North India, making every doctor a trusted digital voice in their city.
We treated each doctor as their own micro-brand. Instead of generic clinic content, we created personalised content plans for each specialist — their face, their voice, their expertise. This included fertility myth-busting Reels, IVF process explainers, patient Q&A formats, and city-specific content for each location.
