You will create videos that build doctor brands, educate patients, and drive appointments. Reels, YouTube content, patient testimonials, procedure explainers, hospital brand films — you'll edit 15-20 videos per week across multiple healthcare clients. You've freelanced on Fiverr, Upwork, or directly with clients, and you know what it takes to deliver quality at speed.
Healthcare video is not generic content creation. You're editing footage of real doctors explaining procedures, real patients sharing recovery stories, and real hospitals showcasing facilities. The content must be medically accurate, emotionally resonant, and compliant with medical advertising norms. A badly edited doctor reel can damage a surgeon's reputation. A well-crafted one can fill their OR schedule for months.

Your videos are how patients evaluate doctors before booking. A clear, trustworthy procedure explainer can reduce patient anxiety. A compelling doctor brand video can help a specialist reach thousands of patients who'd never have found them otherwise.
Scenario 1A cosmetic surgeon wants to build his Instagram brand. You'll receive raw talking-head footage weekly, edit it into 4-5 reels with captions, b-roll, and trending audio, create 1 long-form YouTube video, and maintain his visual brand consistency across 50+ videos.
Scenario 2A hospital chain is launching a new cardiac center. You'll create a 2-minute launch video combining facility footage, doctor interviews, patient testimonials, and motion graphics — delivered in 5 days for a press event.
Healthcare experience is non-negotiable — you must have worked with hospitals, clinics, doctors, or healthcare brands. We don't train from scratch on industry knowledge.
Freelancing background required — you must have freelanced in the past or be currently freelancing. We hire people who've built something on their own, managed clients independently, and understand what it means to deliver without a safety net.
AI-native workflow expected — you must be proficient with major AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Gemini, Perplexity, Cursor, v0, etc.). We don't use AI as a gimmick — it's built into every workflow. If you're not using AI daily, you're already behind.
Office collaboration sprints — this is a remote-first role, but you should be willing to travel to our Gurugram HQ for up to 1 week per quarter for team sprints, client workshops, and strategy sessions. We'll cover travel and accommodation.
Results over credentials — we don't care about your degree, your English accent, or which college you went to. We care about what you've shipped, what results you've driven, and whether you can do it again here.
No politics, no hidden agendas. We share numbers openly — client results, team performance, company revenue. If something isn't working, we say it. You'll never have to guess where you stand.
We tell clients the truth even when it costs us the deal. We tell teammates the truth even when it's uncomfortable. Honest feedback is how we get better — fast.
Do what you said you'd do. Deliver what you promised. If you can't, say so before the deadline — not after. Your word is your reputation here.
Challenge bad ideas — even if they come from the founder. Push back on clients when their strategy is wrong. Take ownership of mistakes instead of hiding them. We reward courage, not compliance.
