You will manage Google Ads campaigns that connect patients with healthcare providers. Every click you optimize is a potential patient finding the right doctor. You'll manage $200K+ monthly ad spend across hospitals, clinics, and medical tourism organizations.
Healthcare PPC operates under unique constraints: restricted ad policies, sensitive topics, high CPCs for medical keywords, and long conversion windows. A patient searching 'best cardiologist near me' might take 2 weeks to book. Your campaigns must handle delayed attribution, comply with Google's healthcare ad policies, and optimize for downstream conversions (appointments, not just clicks).

Your campaigns are often the first touchpoint between a patient in need and the doctor who can help them. Speed and relevance matter — the right ad at the right moment can change a patient's health trajectory.
Scenario 1A fertility clinic in Mumbai has a $15K/month Google Ads budget but a 1.2% conversion rate. You'll restructure campaigns by procedure (IVF, IUI, egg freezing), build dedicated landing pages, and optimize to achieve 5%+ conversion rate.
Scenario 2A hospital chain needs Google Ads across 8 cities, each with different competition levels and CPCs. You'll build a scalable campaign architecture with city-specific budgets and bidding strategies.
Healthcare experience is non-negotiable — you must have worked with hospitals, clinics, doctors, or healthcare brands. We don't train from scratch on industry knowledge.
Freelancing background required — you must have freelanced in the past or be currently freelancing. We hire people who've built something on their own, managed clients independently, and understand what it means to deliver without a safety net.
AI-native workflow expected — you must be proficient with major AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Gemini, Perplexity, Cursor, v0, etc.). We don't use AI as a gimmick — it's built into every workflow. If you're not using AI daily, you're already behind.
Office collaboration sprints — this is a remote-first role, but you should be willing to travel to our Gurugram HQ for up to 1 week per quarter for team sprints, client workshops, and strategy sessions. We'll cover travel and accommodation.
Results over credentials — we don't care about your degree, your English accent, or which college you went to. We care about what you've shipped, what results you've driven, and whether you can do it again here.
