Your campaigns must handle delayed attribution, comply with Google's healthcare ad policies, and optimize for downstream conversions (appointments, not just clicks).

Your campaigns are often the first touchpoint between a patient in need and the doctor who can help them. Speed and relevance matter — the right ad at the right moment can change a patient's health trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage Google Ads campaigns for 30+ healthcare clients across Search, Display, and Performance Max
  • Create procedure-specific campaign architectures — separate strategies for each hospital department
  • Write compliant healthcare ad copy that builds trust and drives appointments
  • Manage monthly budgets of $5K-$50K per client with full P&L accountability
  • Implement conversion tracking: calls, forms, WhatsApp, appointment bookings
  • Build and optimize landing pages in collaboration with web development team
  • A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies for continuous improvement
  • Provide monthly performance reports with patient lead attribution to hospital leadership

Real Work Scenarios

Scenario 1A fertility clinic in Mumbai has a $15K/month Google Ads budget but a 1.2% conversion rate. You'll restructure campaigns by procedure (IVF, IUI, egg freezing), build dedicated landing pages, and optimize to achieve 5%+ conversion rate.

Scenario 2A hospital chain needs Google Ads across 8 cities, each with different competition levels and CPCs. You'll build a scalable campaign architecture with city-specific budgets and bidding strategies.

Healthcare Expertise

Knowledge of Google's healthcare advertising policies and restricted content rulesExperience with medical keyword research — procedure terms, condition terms, doctor termsUnderstanding of patient search intent across the healthcare decision journeyFamiliarity with healthcare conversion tracking — calls, appointments, walk-insExperience with local service ads and Google Maps advertising for healthcare

Universal Requirements (All Roles)

Healthcare experience is non-negotiable — you must have worked with hospitals, clinics, doctors, or healthcare brands. We don't train from scratch on industry knowledge.

Freelancing background required — you must have freelanced in the past or be currently freelancing. We hire people who've built something on their own, managed clients independently, and understand what it means to deliver without a safety net.

AI-native workflow expected — you must be proficient with major AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Gemini, Perplexity, Cursor, v0, etc.). We don't use AI as a gimmick — it's built into every workflow. If you're not using AI daily, you're already behind.

Office collaboration sprints — this is a remote-first role, but you should be willing to travel to our Gurugram HQ for up to 1 week per quarter for team sprints, client workshops, and strategy sessions. We'll cover travel and accommodation.

Results over credentials — we don't care about your degree, your English accent, or which college you went to. We care about what you've shipped, what results you've driven, and whether you can do it again here.
