What do I need to provide during onboarding?
We'll need access to your website CMS, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, any existing ad accounts, and your brand guidelines (if available). Your dedicated onboarding specialist will send a secure access request form — it takes about 15 minutes to complete.
Will I have a dedicated point of contact?
Yes. Every client is assigned a dedicated account manager who serves as your single point of contact throughout onboarding and beyond. You'll also have access to our project management portal where you can track progress, approve deliverables, and communicate with your entire team.
What if I'm not satisfied with the strategy proposed?
We present the strategy for your approval before any campaigns launch. You'll have the opportunity to provide feedback, request changes, and ask questions. Nothing goes live without your explicit sign-off. If we can't align on a strategy, you can cancel with no penalty.
