  • Build and execute SEO strategies for 50+ healthcare clients across hospitals, clinics, and medical practices
  • Conduct technical audits for healthcare websites — fix crawl issues, speed, mobile usability, and structured data
  • Develop department-level keyword strategies — each hospital specialty gets its own SEO plan
  • Create content briefs for medical writers — ensuring E-E-A-T compliance and clinical accuracy
  • Optimize Google Business Profiles for multi-location healthcare organizations
  • Build local SEO strategies: citations, reviews, geo-targeted landing pages
  • Track rankings, traffic, and patient lead attribution — report ROI to hospital leadership
  • Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and their impact on healthcare content (HCU, Medic, etc.)

Real Work Scenarios

Scenario 1A 200-bed hospital in Delhi is invisible on Google for all cardiology keywords. You'll audit their site, build a department-specific SEO strategy, create content briefs for 30+ cardiology pages, and track ranking improvements through to patient lead attribution.

Scenario 2An IVF clinic in Dubai ranks on page 5 for 'best IVF centre Dubai.' You'll build a local SEO strategy including GBP optimization, review generation, and Arabic-language content to dominate local search within 6 months.

Scenario 3A chain of 15 dental clinics needs unified SEO with location-specific pages for each branch. You'll design the URL architecture, create location templates, and build a citation management system.

Healthcare Expertise

Universal Requirements (All Roles)

Healthcare experience is non-negotiable — you must have worked with hospitals, clinics, doctors, or healthcare brands. We don't train from scratch on industry knowledge.

Freelancing background required — you must have freelanced in the past or be currently freelancing. We hire people who've built something on their own, managed clients independently, and understand what it means to deliver without a safety net.

AI-native workflow expected — you must be proficient with major AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Gemini, Perplexity, Cursor, v0, etc.). We don't use AI as a gimmick — it's built into every workflow. If you're not using AI daily, you're already behind.

Office collaboration sprints — this is a remote-first role, but you should be willing to travel to our Gurugram HQ for up to 1 week per quarter for team sprints, client workshops, and strategy sessions. We'll cover travel and accommodation.

Results over credentials — we don't care about your degree, your English accent, or which college you went to. We care about what you've shipped, what results you've driven, and whether you can do it again here.
