Healthcare SEO plays by different rules than e-commerce or SaaS. Patients make high-stakes, emotional decisions. Google holds medical content to higher E-E-A-T standards. Local search dominates patient discovery. HIPAA and medical advertising regulations constrain what you can say. You need to understand patient psychology, medical terminology, and the trust signals that convert a searcher into a booked appointment.

Scenario 2An IVF clinic in Dubai ranks on page 5 for 'best IVF centre Dubai.' You'll build a local SEO strategy including GBP optimization, review generation, and Arabic-language content to dominate local search within 6 months.
Scenario 3A chain of 15 dental clinics needs unified SEO with location-specific pages for each branch. You'll design the URL architecture, create location templates, and build a citation management system.
Healthcare experience is non-negotiable — you must have worked with hospitals, clinics, doctors, or healthcare brands. We don't train from scratch on industry knowledge.
Freelancing background required — you must have freelanced in the past or be currently freelancing. We hire people who've built something on their own, managed clients independently, and understand what it means to deliver without a safety net.
AI-native workflow expected — you must be proficient with major AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Gemini, Perplexity, Cursor, v0, etc.). We don't use AI as a gimmick — it's built into every workflow. If you're not using AI daily, you're already behind.
Office collaboration sprints — this is a remote-first role, but you should be willing to travel to our Gurugram HQ for up to 1 week per quarter for team sprints, client workshops, and strategy sessions. We'll cover travel and accommodation.
Results over credentials — we don't care about your degree, your English accent, or which college you went to. We care about what you've shipped, what results you've driven, and whether you can do it again here.
