Your content must be clinically accurate, empathetically written, and optimized for search — while complying with medical advertising regulations. Your content educates patients about conditions, treatments, and providers. Well-crafted medical content reduces patient anxiety, builds trust in healthcare providers, and helps patients make informed decisions about their care.
Scenario 1An oncology centre needs to build authority for cancer treatment keywords in their city. You'll design a content strategy covering 15 cancer types, each with condition guides, treatment option pages, and FAQ sections — all authored by named oncologists.
Scenario 2A cosmetic surgery clinic wants to rank for 'rhinoplasty cost in Dubai.' You'll create a content brief that addresses patient concerns, includes surgeon credentials, and competes with established competitors while maintaining compliance.
Healthcare experience is non-negotiable — you must have worked with hospitals, clinics, doctors, or healthcare brands. We don't train from scratch on industry knowledge.
Freelancing background required — you must have freelanced in the past or be currently freelancing. We hire people who've built something on their own, managed clients independently, and understand what it means to deliver without a safety net.
AI-native workflow expected — you must be proficient with major AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Gemini, Perplexity, Cursor, v0, etc.). We don't use AI as a gimmick — it's built into every workflow. If you're not using AI daily, you're already behind.
Office collaboration sprints — this is a remote-first role, but you should be willing to travel to our Gurugram HQ for up to 1 week per quarter for team sprints, client workshops, and strategy sessions. We'll cover travel and accommodation.
Results over credentials — we don't care about your degree, your English accent, or which college you went to. We care about what you've shipped, what results you've driven, and whether you can do it again here.
