You will design and own complete patient acquisition systems for hospitals and clinics — from strategy through execution. You're the architect of growth, combining SEO, paid media, content, AI, and CRM into integrated patient pipelines that deliver measurable ROI.
Patient acquisition is not lead generation. Patients don't impulse-buy surgery. They research, compare, consult family, check reviews, and choose the provider they trust most. The decision journey spans weeks to months. Your strategies must build authority and trust across multiple touchpoints, comply with medical advertising regulations, and measure success in patients — not clicks.

You design the systems that help patients find the right doctor at the right time. Your strategies directly impact healthcare access and patient outcomes by connecting underserved communities with quality medical care.
Scenario 1A JCI-accredited hospital in Chennai wants to grow international patients from GCC countries by 300%. You'll design a multilingual strategy spanning Arabic SEO, international Google Ads, WhatsApp-based patient coordination, and video testimonial campaigns.
Scenario 2A chain of orthopedic clinics across 5 Indian cities needs a unified growth strategy. You'll build a scalable framework that adapts to each city's competition level while maintaining brand consistency.
Healthcare experience is non-negotiable — you must have worked with hospitals, clinics, doctors, or healthcare brands. We don't train from scratch on industry knowledge.
Freelancing background required — you must have freelanced in the past or be currently freelancing. We hire people who've built something on their own, managed clients independently, and understand what it means to deliver without a safety net.
AI-native workflow expected — you must be proficient with major AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Gemini, Perplexity, Cursor, v0, etc.). We don't use AI as a gimmick — it's built into every workflow. If you're not using AI daily, you're already behind.
Office collaboration sprints — this is a remote-first role, but you should be willing to travel to our Gurugram HQ for up to 1 week per quarter for team sprints, client workshops, and strategy sessions. We'll cover travel and accommodation.
Results over credentials — we don't care about your degree, your English accent, or which college you went to. We care about what you've shipped, what results you've driven, and whether you can do it again here.
